BENEFITS OF AN OCCUPATION PERMIT

CATEGORIES OF AN OCCUPATION PERMIT
Investor’s Permit: Applicable if you invest a minimum amount of 50,000.00 USD in a company in Mauritius.
Professional/Work Permit: Applicable if you have a contract of employment with a Mauritian entity (this can be your own company). Minimum basic monthly salary requirement of MUR30K extended beyond ICT sector.
Self-employed Permit: Applicable if you run a business in your own name and make an initial transfer of 35,000.00 USD into your personal account.
Property Acquisition: Applicable if you purchase a property valued at 375,000.00 USD or more.
